As we move into the final quarter of 2025, StaFi continues to stay true to our mission — building a powerful, modular Liquid Staking as a Service (LSaaS) infrastructure that enables real-world adoption, drives protocol utility, and unlocks value for our community and the $FIS token.

Following the progress of Q2 and Q3, StaFi has further solidified itself as the go-to LSaaS layer for modular staking applications — not just across PoS chains, but now expanding into RWA tokenization, AI agents, and stablecoin LST stacks.

Let’s dive into our Q3 review and Q4 outlook.

Q3 Review: Foundation Strengthened, Ecosystem Growing

In Q3, we focused on expanding both the LSaaS adoption footprint and the Liquid Staking Vaults (LSV) deployment — and we’re pleased to share solid progress:

  • StaFi LSaaS was successfully adopted by multiple projects including Gimo, Chaos, and Vouch, with more integrations currently under discussion.
  • LSV Vaults went live in Chaos Finance, including notable launches like Money and Chill, bringing around $1M+ TVL into the ecosystem.
  • The tech stack for LSV has now matured into a plug-and-play solution — meaning new SubDAO projects can integrate LSaaS and LSV modules much faster and easier than ever before.

Thanks to the tireless efforts of the StaFi core dev team and early adopters, our infrastructure is ready to scale. We continue to keep the door open for more SubDAO partners to join and help expand LSaaS use cases across verticals.

Q4 Outlook: Entering the RWA Era with LSaaS

1. RWA LST Stack: Bridging On-Chain and Off-Chain Assets

The Real-World Asset (RWA) narrative is accelerating across the crypto space — and StaFi is well-positioned to power its on-chain integration.

We’ve recently published an article and Staking Letter highlighting how RWA tokens and PoS LSTs share similar characteristics, allowing StaFi’s infrastructure to extend seamlessly into RWA. In Q4, our goal is to begin building a dedicated RWA LST Stack within LSaaS — tailored for tokenized real-world assets.

  • Stablecoin LST will be the first concrete use case. As stablecoins are the most widely used asset in DeFi, enabling their staked, yield-bearing version via LSaaS opens significant opportunity.
  • We aim to provide tools that allow developers to build protocols around Stablecoin LSTs that integrate with platforms like Ondo, Centrifuge, Maple, and more.
  • A key challenge lies in bridging smart contracts with centralized platforms (KYC, account opening, regulatory compliance). We plan to address this in Q4, exploring compliant gateway models that can support institutional-grade adoption.

We believe this direction not only aligns with the broader crypto-RWA convergence, but positions StaFi as a core infrastructure layer in this emerging market.

2. Use Case Expansion: Crypto, AI, and RWA SubDAOs

Our mission in Q4 is clear: accelerate real-world adoption of LSaaS by launching more practical use cases across new domains:

  • New LSaaS Partners: We’re in talks with projects like U2U (DePIN), Stable & Plasma (Stablecoins), and more to integrate LSaaS and explore vault-driven applications.
  • AI Agents & 0G: In the 0G ecosystem, many AI agents will be deployed — and Gimo is set to play a pivotal role by launching LSVs designed for these agents. StaFi’s stack will serve as a liquid staking foundation for AI infrastructure.
  • RWA Collaboration: We continue discussions with several Web2 companies exploring crypto-native RWA issuance. These companies are serious about tokenization — and StaFi’s LSaaS offers the fastest and most customizable on-ramp.

We believe Q4 will mark a turning point where real users, real capital, and real use cases converge around LSaaS.

3. FIS Tokenomics: Accelerating Deflation and Value Accrual

StaFi has long committed to aligning FIS token economics with product adoption. In 2024, we set a plan to gradually migrate the protocol from rToken-based staking to LSaaS modules — and in 2025Q3, this migration significantly accelerated.

In Q4, we plan to:

  • Continue reducing FIS inflation in line with the phased removal of StaFiChain (StaFiHub migration ongoing).
  • Shift FIS value accrual from inflation-based security to real protocol revenue generated by LSaaS adoption.
  • Work with the community to update tokenomics proposals and finalize key changes via DAO discussions.

As StaFi evolves into a pure LSaaS platform (no native chain needed), inflation will drop, supply pressure will decrease, and protocol revenue can be directed to FIS holders or burn mechanisms — strengthening FIS’s value proposition for the long run.

Summary: Building Through Uncertainty

The market remains volatile. Speculation and perp trading dominate headlines. Many builders have paused or pivoted.

But at StaFi, we are still building.

We believe the next phase of crypto growth will be driven by real use cases, modular infrastructure, and capital-efficient systems that integrate both on-chain and off-chain assets.

  • LSaaS is gaining adoption — from staking to AI to RWAs.
  • StaFi is onboarding real partners — across ecosystems and verticals.
  • FIS is evolving into a deflationary, utility-driven asset — aligned with the future of staking.

We’re not here to chase hype. We’re here to build infrastructure that lasts.

StaFi is shipping. StaFi is expanding. And StaFi is ready for what’s next.

Let’s win Q4 together.

About StaFi

StaFi is a leading Liquid Staking infrastructure provider and protocol for PoS chains. Its Liquid Staking as a Service (LSaaS) framework enables developers to create Liquid Staking Tokens (LSTs) and Liquid Re-staking Tokens (LRTs) across ecosystems like ETH, EVM, BTC, CosmWasm, and SOL. By issuing rTokens (e.g., rETH, rMATIC, rBNB), StaFi unlocks the liquidity of staked assets, allowing users to earn staking rewards while retaining the flexibility to engage in DeFi. With support for major blockchains such as Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, BNB Chain, and Cosmos, StaFi bridges liquidity and security in Proof-of-Stake networks.
